Need A Repair?

I offer lots of different kinds of textile repairs. Visible, invisible, subtle, and artistic. Not sure if something can be mended? Feel free to reach out. If you send me a picture of your broken item I can tell you how I can fix it and the cost. Do you have a common problem like moth holes or ripped jeans? Look below for a pricing/repair guide.

Where to Find me:

Tuesdays  3-7pm at Epicerie LOCO, 368 Mont Royal
Wednesdays 12-5pm at Espace Vy, 1658 Laurier East
Fridays 12-5pm at Espace Vy, 1658 Laurier East
Saturdays 10am-3pm at Espace Vy, 1658 Laurier East.

Jeans

  1. Holes! If you have torn the knees or crotch of your jeans it will cost between $8-$25 to repair. It's better to fix holes quickly. Sometimes you won't even see that it has been done.

  2. Zipper! A new Jeans Zipper is $25. Sometimes just the slider can be replaced. In this case it is $8.

  3. Pockets! A new pocket in Jeans is $12. This is the same price as extending a pocket, Ladies (Bc tiny pockets are annoying).

Winter Coats

  1. Does the arm of your coat appear to be coming off? That's a very simple problem to fix. Bring it in for between $10-20

  2. Zipper issue? A new slider is $8 and a whole new zipper is $60-80. Be sure to reach out though! Most of the time it really does just need a little adjustment.

  3. Hole in your pocket? Get it fixed before you lose things inside your coat. Between $4-10.

Knit and Crochet Items

I love mending knit and crochet items. However there are a million ways to go about it and a million issues that can come up. Please send me an image of the issue that you're having and I can let you know what I can do and what the cost will be.

Other Repairs

I've mended some very unusual items and some very usual ones. There is no repair I consider boring and no repair too small.

Beekeeper suits, leather, socks, chainsaw pants, favourite t shirts, blankets, purses, stuffed animals. Missing buttons, thread coming out, pilling, stains. I'm happy to look at it all.

Note: I do not offer clothing dying.
