If you ever have an issue with a Helen Mends product please email us directly. Since all our items are hand made from upcycled materials, it can be difficult to ensure that each one turns out the same. However we have high standards and want to know if anything sold here doesn't meet those standards. We can discuss repair and replacement on an individual basis. Manufacturing errors will be replaced or repaired free of charge.
